    Hey Corey,
    This is very interesting stuff. It always good to know that even though the media may make it seem like we are in terrible times, (which we may be) but there are still ways to make a good return if you are willing and able (and have the patience and intelligence to know when to invest and when to hold back)
    Any way keep up the blog, it's interesting stuff.
